During the May Day holiday, they stick to their posts, fought on the front line, created extraordinary in ordinary posts, and described the most beautiful appearance of laborers together!

　　During the May Day holiday, all departments of DSICCX coordinated together on yard’s on-going projects. Construction、 Marketing、 HSSE、 Engineering、 QAQC  and logistical support work were steadily advanced. each project team members  stayed and fought on the front line.

　　In order to ensure that production  works orderly carried out during the holiday, DSICCX leadership held a special meeting to conduct production planning, clarify production tasks, clear  arrange the labors,lean management and solve various issues during construction   immediately, ensuring  the annual production and business  indicators completed on time.

　　HSSE  management is the  most  priority. All departments shall further strengthen safety awareness and promote HSSE work development.Formulates detailed HSSE  control key points  base  on the actual situation,focuses on implementing operation permits,before-work  announcement, work with certificates、wearing  PPE etc.The project managers shall daily report the safety risks and rectification results of each project and ensure the construction safety.

　　During the May Day holiday,more than 10 ships wereunder the repairingbyDSICCX at the same time.The workload of steel plate renewalis heavy. To ensure the steel plating fabrication and installation, the Party members from Hull workshop fullyplayedthe exemplary role of pioneers, stickto their posts and work overtime.

　　The Piping/machinery/Electrical workshop guarantee theship repairing projects delivered with quality and timely manner. The Errea Wittu FPSO Topside Fabricationproject delivered ahead of settled schedule. During the holiday, the workshop membersrolled up their sleeves to work harder and ensured constructionwholeheartedly.

　　The Painting workshop organized its construction work for key projects. Painters rhythmically waved the spray guns ,used the hull as their canvas and sprayed guns as paint  brush, and drew the most beautiful labor pictures with high efficiency and quality.

　　From the Errea Wittu FPSO Topside Fabrication project team, the Module lower part structure  fabrication work has been completed, and the upper part steel structure fabrication work  is progressing as scheduled.While focusing on the project progress, the project team  always adheres to the HSSE management principle of "Safety first, Life first", strictly implements offshore  construction specifications  ad regulations, and reasonably arranges construction work.

　　From DSICCX’s Engineering team, focus on   the Errea Wittu FPSO Topside Fabrication   project,the Engineering  team powerfully guaranteed the drawings issue date. During the holiday, the Topside Fabrication  project is carrying out the blockerection work, the engineersstay for their work without restto ensure theerror-free of theirshopdrawings and fully guaranteed the site erection work   smoothly progressed.

　　All firefighters in DSICCX strictly follow the duty schedule, make sure 24 hours on duty .They always stay a high alert, timely and rapidly response to all the  potential    emergencies.

　　Other logistics support personnel, during every special period such as holidays, will more strictly conduct management system, and meticulously perform the duty as logistics soldiers.

　　Labor creates happiness, and hard work makes great achievements. In this Labor Holiday, the glory of labor is especially dazzling and  the strong sound of efforts and passion.
