On May 8, DSIC ChangXing Shipyard Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DSICCX) held the steel cutting ceremony for the onshore chemical plant module project built for TOYO Engineering Corporation(hereinafter referred to as TOYO), marking the official commencement of the fabrication for DSICCX’s first onshore module project. The project includes a total of 17 Piperack modules and scheduled for delivery in November 2026.

Management representatives and project team members from both parties attended the ceremony. Mr. Yan Haiguo, President of DSICCX, stated in his speech that he emphasized that DSICCX will fully leverage its comprehensive and rich experience on the project management and construction in this international offshore module fabrication field to ensure the quality and timely delivery. Taking this as an opportunity, DSICCX will expand the business from offshore module to onshore module field. Both parties will continue to broaden their cooperation landscape, deepen industrial layout, and join hands for long-term, win-win development. Mr. Ippeita Kishiguchi stating that this Piperack module construction project marks TOYO's first application on the onshore facilities, which is critical to both of this project and TOYO's future development. He emphasized that, based on the solid cooperation foundation established in previous FPSO Topsides fabrication project, TOYO has full trust in DSICCX, and consign on the detailed & digital preparation for this project, and expect to work together to execute the project with the safety and quality manner until the successful delivery, creating a glorious future for both parties.

DSICCX will work closely with TOYO, implement meticulous management in the entire project period, and ensure solid progress at every stage with efficient execution. DSICCX aims to build a flagship of "DSICCX” brand that showcases its technical strength and management abilities, thereby injecting strong momentum into and laying a solid foundation for further expansion into the global onshore module market.
